In alliance with Joe Walsh , Duesenberg developed an instrument which not only meets Joe’s requirements for tone, looks and playability but which is aimed to also fit the taste of many other guitar players out there.
The instrument features numerous different details connected to Joe’s style or history. The fretboard inlays spell his name in morsecode, referencing his passion for radio operation.
Being a serious guitarhead himself, he also likes to mess around with the hardware of his guitars, often resulting in weird hardware finish mixes, so for this reason the hardware of the Alliance Joe Walsh is a mix of nickel and gold.
The Tibetan Knot on the top between both pickups is a symbol of very personal meaning to Joe which he also carries as a tattoo. The guitar features a thin body profile measuring only 3.5cm/1.37″, a regular Duesenberg mid D profile Neck and medium Jumbo frets.
Ed O’Brien’s ambient, ethereal and orchestral guitar style is an essential part of the sonic identity – of Radiohead. Fender partnered with this groundbreaking player to create the Ed O?Brien Stratocaster an instrument as unique as his sound. This inspiring guitar is perfect for creating lush, layered soundscapes and finding your own creative voice.

This beefy, resonant neck feels instantly comfortable to most players’ hands. “Soft V”-shaped near the nut, it rounds to profile as you ascend the neck, making it great for both chord playing and soloing.

The Caribou is a chambered, dual pickup, 22 fret electric guitar, featuring a Cat’s Eye F-Hole and 647mm scale.
The Caribou is made from solid Alder in which Duesenberg rout ‘large’ sound chambers. The Body is then fitted with a flat maple top featuring a modern stylised Cat’s Eye F-Hole. The ‘large’ sound chambers make this construction crossover between solidbody and semi-hollow construction, resulting in a unique tonal character and resonance.
