Only selected tonewoods are used in the construction of Anchor guitars: Solid spruce is used for the top, whilst back and sides are made of mahogany (3-ply), and fingerboards are made of high-quality rosewood.

Anchor’s "Berlin" Orchestra model gives you the best of both worlds: The full sound of a dreadnought while playing chords and wonderful accuracy for fingerpicking and melodies.

To amplify the acoustic tone, Anchor have on board one of the best-selling preamp systems in the world: The Fishman Presys II.
