UPDATE 17th March 2021
Our Physical Shop Will Re-Open on 26th April
Following the recent announcement by the Scottish Government we are happy to inform our customers that our physical shop at 615 Great Western Road, Glasgow will be allowed to open for business from 26th April 2021. At the moment we are unsure if there will be limitations on operation of the shop but we expect the number of customers allowed in the shop at any one time will be restricted. We will also continue our appointment booking system for guitar repairs.
Our Online Store
Our online store has been open throughout the period and is continuing to fulfil orders. You can continue to order and shop via our website and via our Reverb store.
We currently employ a strict appointment policy for guitar repair visits to the shop. At this time a “drop in” or “while you wait” service is not available. The appointment system can be accessed from this page by clicking the button below. We will resume taking instrument service and repair during the week following 26th April We currently have a repair backlog which we intend to give priority to and also to honour repairs that were left with us prior to the commencement of the lockdown period in December 2020. We would urge customers requiring a guitar repair to book a slot to avoid disappointment. Customers with a valid appointment booked online will be awarded priority although we will always try to accommodate customers where possible. Booking over the telephone or via email is currently not possible.
We apologise for any inconvenience during this lockdown period but we’re sure our customers will understand that in these unprecedented circumstances matters were necessarily completely out of our control. Our main priority has to be to staff and customer safety and comfort.
If you have made an appointment for a date prior to 26th April and to the extension of the lockdown period we will unfortunately be unable to honour this due to the various changes in restrictions and regulations over the period. Back in February I had hoped that we would be open for business at the beginning of April but this was not to be! We would ask that you bear with us once again and book a new appointment using the online appointment form.
After clicking the “Submit” button you will receive an email confirmation of your appointment. Appointment booking slots are available at selected times throughout the day, 3 days a week. Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays. It is NOT required that you book a return appointment to uplift a repair. Repair Appointment booking is available by selecting the button below.
